Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Dispatcher / Inventory Coordinator to join their client's team in Hartford, Connecticut. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient management of dispatch operations and inventory coordination. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
• Maintain and update inventory records to ensure accurate stock levels and availability.
• Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment orders as needed.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to dispatch and inventory activities.
• Assist in developing and implementing inventory management strategies.
• Address any issues related to dispatch or inventory promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Experience in dispatch operations and inventory management is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Additional Details:
